Letter from Dr. Spivak to Mr. Rifkin stating that harry wouldn't be discharged until he would be a fit condition to take care of himself to a certsin extent.

Letter fro Dr. Spivak to Mrs. Elsner informing her of Harry's admittance, and that they will do their best to make sure Harry gets well.
